One of the key elements of the Data Protection Act (1988) is that personal information must be used fairly and lawfully. All the information which we request from clients of our company and cleaners that work with us is used to match the correct cleaner to the client and to ensure that both clients and cleaners are kept up to date with any information which we need to pass to them.

 

All information which is held on computer is password protected and we do not currently hold any information which is accessible online.

 

If you are a client or a cleaner, you have the right to request a copy of the information held about you and to have it corrected if necessary. We will provide this service free of charge if the information is sent by email, but there will be a charge of £2 for postal requests.

 

Finally we only use the information we gather for internal purposes, as described above and do not pass any information to outside companies.
