We send out forms to the reference addresses provided by the cleaner. The nominated referee is asked about the cleaner's reliability, time keeping, honesty & ability. They are also asked if they would recommend the cleaner to have access to the keys of someone's home. The cleaner will only be offered clients if the references are satisfactory.
