Spring Cleans / One Off Cleans

Spring Cleaning doesn't have to be done in the spring! Spring Cleaning / One Off Cleaning is an excellent service to refresh your house and clean out the clutter. Our experience has helped us to offer you an excellent service at reasonable charge.

We aim to provide you with a quality cleaning service & you can rely on us to give you an honest, accurate estimate of the cost needed to clean your property.

Our Spring Cleaning Service can include the following:

Kitchen

cleaning all cupboards and drawers inside and out
clean the fridge and freezer inside and out
clean the oven inside and out, clean the grills and oven dish
clean the microwave inside and out
clean and wash all tops and surfaces
clean the extractor fan over the cooker
clean and wash the sink, remove limescale and polish
clean and wipe the door
dust lamp shape and light switches
hoover and mop the floor (if not carpeted)

Bathroom

clean and disinfect toilet seat inside and out, toilet bowl inside and out
clean and wash the bathtub / shower cubicle, polishing the taps etc
clean and wash the tiles and between the tiles, remove limescale
polishing mirrors and glasses
clean and wash all tops and surfaces
clean any cabinets inside and out
clean and wash the sink, polish the taps
hover and mop the floor
clean and dust the fan (if possible)
clean and wipe the door

Bedrooms

clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers outside
dust all tops and surfaces
wipe picture frames and lamp shapes
clean and wipe skirting boards
clean and wipe light switches
hoover and mop the floor where necessary

Lounge & dining room

clean and wipe doors
clean all surfaces
any sofas will be vacuumed, the cushions will be lifted and vacuum underneath
move any furniture (if possible), vacuum underneath and behind
clean and wipe skirting boards
clean and wipe radiators
dust picture frames and lamp shapes
clean and wipe light switches
hoover and mop the floor

Hallway and staircase

clean and wipe doors
clean and wipe skirting boards
clean and wipe banisters and radiators

clean the windows inside only, clean window frames and window sills

Spring Clean Price Structure

Studio Flat: £80

1 bedroom property: £110

2 bedroom property: £135

3 bedroom property: £210

4 bedroom property: £250

5 bedroom + property: call for quote

If you have an extension, this is considered the equivalent of an extra bedroom (e.g, a 2 bedroom house with an extension would be charged at £210).

The above prices do not include the cleaning of entire walls or which an additional charge will be made. A charge of £13 per venetian blind will be added if applicable.

If you require a small One Off Clean of 2 to 5 hours, we can do this for you. You need to pay the cleaner £7 per hour in cash & pay us a fee of £30. You need to provide your own cleaning products & equipment for this service. (Please note: this service is for certain areas, not the whole of your property.) We are also able to offer an ironing service in your home on a one-off basis, this would be charged at the hourly rate mentioned above, plus £30 fee.
