Client Terms & Conditions
The charge for regular weekly cleans is £10 per hour.
The charge for spring cleans, one off cleans & end of tenancy cleans is as quoted. You agree to pay the charges stated in points 1-2 above.
For regular weekly cleans the contract is for a minimum of 3 months.
One month's notice in writing is required if you wish to cancel your contract with us
For regular weekly cleans you will pay the cleaner £7 per hour in cash and will pay A.B.Cleaning
£3 per hour by monthly standing order. For springs cleans, one off cleans & end of tenancy cleans you will pay A.B.Cleaning in cash or by bank transfer. We will pay the cleaner on your behalf from this money.
A.B.Cleaning's fees are not refundable if a client is on holiday or does not require a clean for one or more weeks.
Refunds will only be given if a client's regular cleaner is unavailable and no replacement is available (assuming that we are informed by the clients that a replacement cleaner is required). Refunds for any other reason are at our discretion.- If a cleaner is unable to clean, due to you not being available or failing to leave a key; then you will be liable for A.B.Cleaning's fees for that week & no refund will be given. Regardless of any efforts made by us to rearrange the clean.
- Your cleaning slot should be at the same time every week (unless you leave a key, in which case the cleaner may sometimes vary the time, but will always keep to the same day).
- If you think that something is missing from your property, we would first ask you to be sure that you have thoroughly searched for it. As this type of thing is very difficult to prove, our policy is that this should be a matter for the police. For our part, to minimise the chance of this happening, on joining us cleaners must provide a police check, proof of ID, proof of address & references.
- Insurance cover is in place (with an excess of £250) for damage to your property or inury to the cleaners.
- All damages, breakages or any other issues must be reported within 24 hours of our cleaning services date, otherwise the claim will be invalid.
- We will not be held responsible if a clean cannot be completed due to faulty equipment, power cut, no hot water or lack of equipment / products provided by the client.
- You will be liable for any parking charges which the cleaners need to pay, unless there is free parking available or you are able to provide them with a permit.
- If you decide to send the cleaner away before their allotted time has been completed, you will still need to pay them for the allotted time.
- The cleaner may be replaced if the client finds her/his work inadequate.
